Practice social distancing to protect those around you.

Your grandparents, your kids, the sick, the elderly, healthcare professionals and your neighbors; they're all counting on you to practice social distancing during the COVID-19 health emergency. Even if you're not a high-risk individual, "DO IT FOR THEM!"

Use the media and information below to spread the message to the rest of our community. Share videos, post photos and take the pledge to DO IT FOR THEM!

What can you do?

Practice Social Distancing

Stay home, except for essential activities. When you are out of your home, remain 6-feet away from others.

Wash Hands Often

Wash your hands often with soapy water to limit the spread of germs. It's best to wash for at least 20 seconds each time.

Stay Home if You're Sick

Do not risk the spread of infectious germs if you are feeling sick. It's best to stay home if you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath.

Take the pledge!

Share who you practice social distancing for.
