Public Meetings

Pursuant to Executive Order 20-69, public meetings may be held virtually in order to protect staff, residents and commissioners during the COVID-19 health emergency. You may watch and participate in City of Kissimmee public meetings such as Commission Meetings and Planning Advisory Board Meetings virtually using the instructions on this page.

Instructions for Meetings, Workshops, & Interviews

 

Participation Options

You may listen or view the Commission Meeting by:
 

  • Listening and/or watching via the City’s live stream player below. The video will automatically stream and be available once the meeting starts.

  • Listening via telephone by dialing 312.626.6799 and entering Meeting ID 827 7437 7861

  • Speak and address the Commission live via your smartphone or desktop computer with the Online Zoom Portal.

 

 

Public Hearings or Public Comments

Those wishing to address the City Commission about a Public Hearing on the agenda or during the Hear the Audience section of the agenda may do so by:

  • Submitting your written testimony or statement that will be read into the record to CityClerkEmail@kissimmee.org before the start of the meeting.

  • Joining with your desktop smartphone or desktop computer with the Online Zoom Portal and then using the Raise Hand feature during the meeting to indicate you wish to speak. The meeting moderator will unmute you when you are called upon to speak.​

Live Streams & Media Files: You can click on a meeting title to view the live stream or the video recording of a meeting if it is available. Please know City Commission Meetings are typically the only meetings with videos; however, you may request a copy of any public meeting's audio file by visiting www.kissimmee.org/publicrecords.
